AutoStore
This is a bin-based robotised storage and order-picking system that enables order-picking tasks to be stored and managed optimally and quickly, ensuring maximum warehouse utilisation. The entire inventory is stored in bins, which are stacked in a compact grid system, with no gaps or metal barriers between them. Robots can retrieve bins from the lower levels using lifting hooks, and bins returning from the exit points are strategically placed on the highest level.

Smartsorter
This is an innovative robotised sorting system for accurately sorting small and medium-sized items. The system uses small robots that move around a platform to automatically sort products. The items are placed in a 3D station, which lay the products in different boxes, completing the orders.
The system is capable of handling large volumes of goods, making it ideal for e-commerce and reverse logistics businesses. The system offers increased efficiency, accuracy and flexibility, while reducing sortation, labour and space costs. Its speed of installation and return on investment make it an attractive solution for a wide range of industries.

Smartpallet
Is an automatic, multi-directional pallet storage and retrieval system designed for efficient pallet storage, handling and picking. It revolutionises the traditional stacker crane concept by offering intelligent storage and retrieval. Its innovative design allows movement in all directions and between levels, enabling any pallet to be moved to any storage area in the system. It can carry loads of up to 1,500 kg. To enable orders to be prepared, tunnels and picking stations are installed so that products can be picked safely, without the need to remove the entire pallet.
The system automatically organises and optimises the warehouse, integrating with the customer’s WMS/ERP systems to manage pallets without manual intervention. The AS/RS system helps to increase storage density, enabling warehouses to be built up to 30 metres high. This saves up to 60% pallet space compared with traditional storage solutions in the same area.

This technology is designed to quickly and efficiently move and store crates, trays, or containers in the warehouse. Its independent shuttles travel across multiple levels and work in conjunction with elevators that connect the preparation stations, enabling a constant flow of goods without interruption.
