Our spare parts management is designed to meet our clients’ needs. We offer a stock of spare parts on the basis of a structured range depending on their useful life, essential nature or fungibility to assure maximum availability and save on down time.
We give a second life to parts through repairs and adaptation to facilities, so that each company can decide how far it wants to go when acquiring Smartlog solutions.
WMS software
Technical support for Galys, our own smart warehouse management system that communicates with all the company’s existing intralogistics processes in a flexible, scalable way.
Advice by telephone, remote diagnostics and repairs, through to on-site services. Software updates are performed remotely to keep management effective and optimal.
