AutoStore
It is a robotised storage and order preparation system based on bins, which enables picking tasks to be stored and managed in an optimal and fast way, providing maximum warehouse use. The entire inventory is stored in bins, which are stacked in a compact grid system, without any space or metal barrier between them. The robots can retrieve bins from the lower levels using lifting hooks, and the bins returning from the exit points are strategically placed on the highest level. If one of the robots stops working, the system can continue at full capacity and have access to all the material.
AutoStore robots always anticipate the next wave of orders, making sure they are available for the operators. Even in the worst-case scenario, when a requested bin is at the farthest and bottom of the stack of bins in the corner of the grid containing the ports, it would take approximately three and a half minutes to retrieve it. This is less than the time it would take to walk to the furthest shelf in a traditional warehouse.

Smartsorter
It is an innovative robotic sorting system for accurate sorting of small and medium sized items. This system uses small robots that move on a platform to perform automatic product sorting. The items are placed in a 3D station, which deposits the products in different boxes, thus completing the orders.
It is capable of handling large volumes of goods, making it ideal for e-commerce and reverse logistics companies. This system provides greater efficiency, accuracy and flexibility, reducing costs in sorting, labour and space. Its fast installation and return on investment make it an attractive solution for a multitude of industries.
Its modular design provides the flexibility to adjust to changing business needs, facilitating simple, agile and staggered expansion. During periods of high demand, capacity can be increased without the need to expand the physical space. Simply add robots or even increase the number of sorting tables as required. It requires as little as 5 minutes of training, allowing staff to be integrated into the operation immediately.

Smartpallet
It is a multi-directional pallet storage and retrieval system designed for efficient storage, handling and order picking of pallets. It revolutionises the traditional shuttle concept by offering intelligent storage retrieval. Its pioneering design allows movement in all directions and travel between levels, giving the flexibility to move any pallet to any storage space within the system. It is capable of carrying loads of up to 1,500 kg. To enable order picking, tunnels and picking stations are installed so that products can be picked safely, eliminating the need to remove the entire pallet.
The system organises and optimises the warehouse automatically, integrating with the customer’s ERP systems and processing lines to manage the pallets without manual intervention. This AS/RS system helps to increase storage density, allowing the construction of warehouses up to 30 metres high. This can add up to 60% more pallet space compared to traditional storage solutions in the same area. It also provides the potential to eliminate overheads in the storage environment, reducing heat loss, labour costs and overheads.

Vertical storage
Automatic vertical storage takes advantage of height to optimise space, increasing storage efficiency in industrial and commercial environments.
