The company manages a broad range of automotive spare parts, requiring an operation capable of handling different order profiles while responding quickly to urgent requirements.
Solution
The heart of the project will be an AutoStore system, which will feature CarouselPorts for order fulfilment and ConveyorPorts for inbound operations, all equipped with PPS technology. The system is complemented by Pick-to-light technology, enabling them to prepare several orders simultaneously and priorize urgent requests when required.
The solution will integrate Galys Auto to coordinate the system’s material flows, together with Galys Monitor for real-time supervision.
- The AutoStore system will provide high-density bin storage served by robots moving across the grid.
